Major Projects

Here are some of the valuable projects I have worked on inside and outside the classroom. These projects include skillsets I have learned from classes like social media management, principals of marketing, consumer behavior, etc.

The Client

The client was a residential real estate agent on behalf of Keller Williams and struggled to solidify her brand and gain awareness in the Gainesville area. The Gainesville real estate market was a significant departure from her previous experience, and she found it challenging to adjust and build a clientele and listing pipeline. As a single agent with a transaction coordinator, she faced the additional challenge of lacking the marketing expertise and resources to effectively promote her services.

The Ask

The client had short-term goals focused on developing her online social presence and rebranding her personal website. The rebranding effort included creating possible mockups to ensure a visually appealing and cohesive online presence. This initiative aimed at not only increasing her visibility in the digital sphere but also at presenting a polished and professional image to potential clients. In the long term, the client aspired to build a strong listing business. This encompassed strategically expanding her real estate portfolio and establishing herself as a prominent figure in the industry. The importance of rebranding her personal website and creating cohesive advertising materials was evident in enhancing her overall brand image and credibility.

Together, these colors create a cohesive and balanced palette that is both professional and approachable. The warm neutrals and muted tones convey a sense of familiarity and friendliness, while the darker colors add a touch of sophistication and stability. This combination is well-suited for a real estate agent aiming to establish a brand that is both trustworthy and relatable.

In addressing the request for cohesive brand marketing materials, the focus was squarely placed on seamlessly integrating real estate elements while highlighting the client's unique vision. Crucial to this endeavor was the desire to infuse a personal touch into the designs, exemplified by the inclusion of delicate details such as flowers. These botanical elements not only nod to the beauty of the Florida landscape but also embody the spirit of nature that the client wanted to convey.

 

Furthermore, the careful selection of diverse fonts played a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity. This deliberate choice not only contributed to a more nuanced and visually appealing design but also underscored the brand's commitment to being women-owned and exuded a more feminine aesthetic. The decision to move away from big, bold lettering was a strategic one, aiming to create an approachable and relatable feel in contrast to the typical formality often associated with the real estate industry.

The Client

In response to Pabio's request for a comprehensive analysis of their startup model and an evaluation of its efficiency in comparison to competitors, a thorough startup analysis was conducted. The focus was on scrutinizing various aspects of Pabio's business model, including its strategic framework, operational efficiency, and market positioning. By delving into a comparative study with competitors, a nuanced understanding of Pabio's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats emerged. The goal was to provide actionable insights that could inform strategic decisions and enhance Pabio's competitive edge in the dynamic business landscape.

The Client

During my marketing internship at Related, a leading private real estate developer, I gained practical insights into the vital aspects of branding and professionalism in the industry. This experience highlighted the crucial role of attention to detail in shaping effective marketing materials.As part of my role, I had the opportunity to contribute to the creation of marketing content, learning firsthand how each piece played a crucial role in shaping the company's brand identity. The emphasis on professionalism was evident in every aspect, from the visual elements to the messaging. The significance of each post extended beyond mere promotion; it encapsulated the professional and exact intentions of the company. This internship equipped me with transferable skills applicable to a wide range of positions, emphasizing the broader impact of marketing in shaping the perception of a real estate development giant like Related. The experience not only deepened my understanding of branding and professionalism but also highlighted the strategic importance of every marketing material in conveying a cohesive and impactful narrative.

Deliverables

Caption Copywriting

In response to a specific task during my summer internship I undertook the responsibility of professional caption copywriting for a distinguished multi-billion-dollar private company. The task at hand was to create captivating and strategic captions intended for deployment on both LinkedIn and Instagram platforms. This specialized focus allowed me to gain a deep understanding of tailoring messages for distinct audiences while navigating the unique dynamics of each platform.

Photography

In my marketing position I was able to also to delve into event photography. This hands-on experience allowed me to capture moments that became valuable assets for the company's  channels and app usage. The opportunity to engage in various facets of advertising materials proved immensely valuable, providing a holistic understanding of how each element contributes to the overall marketing strategy.

The Client

During my Marketing/Management internship at Harbor Group Management, a leading multifamily real estate company, I gained valuable experience in driving community engagement and developing strategic leasing initiatives.I played a key role in significantly increasing resident engagement within an 800-unit property. My efforts led to a 19.4% increase in social media impressions and a staggering 92.6% rise in content interaction compared to the previous period. This demonstrates my ability to craft compelling content and implement effective social media strategies. This internship at Harbor Group Management provided me with a unique blend of practical experience and strategic insight. I honed my skills in community engagement, leasing strategies, and understanding the importance of compliance. Moreover, my research on AI showcased my ability to think ahead and explore innovative solutions for the future of real estate marketing.
